Education and training

The continuing professional training (CPT) is obligatory for all persons certified for the provision of investment services in Cyprus. The statutory requirements for CPT range from 5-10 hours per year, according to the type(s) of certificates held.   

Further, there are ever increasing needs for education and training of directors and personnel of investment firms and issuers on a number of key areas, including Market Abuse, Transparency, Anti-Money Laundering and  CySEC’s functions and powers, to name but a few.
